Les Trois Domaines in the centre of the pretty little Pyrenean thermal spa village sits on the banks of the Oriege River. It has a prime location just 20m from the gondola, which means quick and easy access to all the amenities of Ax les Thermes.

The historic and traditional town of Ax les Thermes is close by with all its shops, restaurants and bars. It is also just a short walk (50m) to “Bains de Couloubret” thermal spa and the famous Baroque casino – a long standing feature with its cocktails on the terrace at the weekends.

This recently built residence is built is spread over two buildings each with 5 floors – all of which are served by a lift and covered external walkways. The exterior design makes use of materials typical of the Ax valley: wood, stone and slate and blends in perfectly by the river side. From some of the apartments you can see and hear the river babbling outside and watch the gondola make their effortless ascent up the heights of Ax Bonascre – gateway to the Ax 3 Domaines area.

The residence has bright and comfortable apartments all furnished with light oak wooden flooring and a modern yet warming red and beige colour scheme. There is an internal access to the neighbouring “Teich” spa which specialises in thermal water cures and therapies. There is a drop off bay/loading bay at the residence for loading and unloading your car which can be parked in the village where there is plenty of free parking.

Facilities at Les Trois Domaines a communal reception/lounge, launderette (payable) and Wi-Fi internet access in the reception area and all apartments (payable). Baby items, electrical gadgets and games can also be rented and loaned (see below).

The modern and bright self-catering apartments are furnished to a high standard and bed linen and towels are included as well as end of stay cleaning.  They all have a fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and kettle. Small ovens and toasters are available on loan at reception and there is a telephone with direct line (calls payable).

Studio sleeping 2 (ca. 25m2): Open plan living/dining area with sofa bed (converts to 2 single beds), bath or shower room with WC. Balcony or terrace.

1 Bedroom Apartment sleeping 4 (ca. 27m2): Open plan living/dining area with sofa bed (converts to 2 single beds), 1 bedroom with a double bed, bath or shower room & separate WC. Balcony or terrace.

2 Bedroom Apartment sleeping 5/6 (ca. 36m2): Open plan living/dining area sofa bed (converts to 2 single beds), 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 small bedroom with bunk beds, bathroom & separate WC. Balcony or terrace.

Please note: for any apartments at Les Trois Domaines in Ax les Thermes that feature bunk beds, sleeping in the top bunk is not recommended for children under the age of 6 years old.

Price includes

Accommodation, all taxes and charges (except tourist tax - see payable locally below), 1 television, sheets, bathroom linen, 1 cleaning kit all left in the apartment. The end of the stay cleaning (except the kitchen area and the washing up).

Extra bed linen (1 fitted sheet, 1 duvet cover or sheet, 1 pillow case): €8/person.

Pets

Pets are allowed and will be charged €55/week (payable locally). A valid passport for your pet is compulsory.

Loan of extras

The loan of small ovens and toasters, iron & ironing boards, bed guards, socket guards, bed safety rail, hairdryer, Play stations (deposit required) and board games is also available (all subject to availability) and free of charge.

Sunday – Friday: 09:00 – 12:00 & 17:00 - 19:00
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:00 & 14:00 – 20:00

Arrival day at Les Trois Domaines is Saturday (unless otherwise stated) 17:00 - 20:00 and Departure by 10:00.
